Newsletter and EmailOctopus
When you submit your email in our newsletter form, we send it securely to our backend and then to EmailOctopus, our email service provider. Your email is stored in our EmailOctopus audience list and used only to send you updates from BCAFC Feed. We do not share your email with third parties for marketing.
You can unsubscribe at any time via the unsubscribe link in any email, or by contacting us at team@bcafcfeed.com. Upon unsubscribing, EmailOctopus will mark your address as unsubscribed. If you want your email fully deleted from our audience, contact us and we will remove it.
We use the following data with EmailOctopus: your email address and (optionally) subscription metadata like the time of signup and the page you signed up from. No payment data or other personal details are collected.
Data Retention
We retain newsletter emails for as long as you remain subscribed. If you unsubscribe or request deletion, we will remove your email from active mailing and delete it from our list upon request.
Data Security
We implement appropriate security measures to protect your personal information. Your email address is transmitted securely to EmailOctopus using HTTPS encryption. We do not store your email address on our servers - it is only processed and forwarded to our email service provider.

- Sanity CMS: For content management
